RESEARCH and BREAKTHROUGHS

The OrthoCarolina Research Institute (OCRI) offers a wide range of services to conduct a variety of studies, including pre-market drug, device, and biologics trials, as well as basic science, translational, and outcomes-research. OCRI has the ability to take an idea from conception to publication. We collaborate with local scientists to conduct basic science research and have access to a wide array of scientific labs including bioengineering, biomechanical, histology, and orthopedic biology, which houses a vivarium.

LIFE-CHANGINGresearch is at our CORE

Here at OrthoCarolina, we believe it’s our responsibility to do our part in finding alternatives to opioids for our patients. That’s why we’ve embarked on the Carolinas Opioid Reduction Effort (CORE) Project.
