The OrthoCarolina Research Institute and OrthoCarolina Pediatric center strive to educate the community and improve children’s lives through pediatric research. Our mission is to advance orthopedic treatments for our youngest and likely most active orthopedic patients. By participating in Pediatric research studies, you are contributing to the advancement in technology for future generations.

Our youngest adopted son was born with cloacal exstrophy and club feet. We were told when we adopted him that he would likely never walk. We are very grateful for the care we have received from Dr. Casey. He is walking and running now and has overcome many obstacles.
