The Cervical Spine Research Society (CSRS) is holding their annual meeting this week in Toronto.  OCRI and OrthoCarolina physicians have two projects that will be highlighted during the conference as podium presentations.

The first project, “Is There Value In Retrospective, 90 Day Bundled Payment Models for Cervical Spine Procedures?”was selected as the 1st Place Clinical Research Award Paper by the Cervical Spine Research Society’s Awards Committee.  This paper was authored by OCRI Senior Research Scientist,Dr. Susan Odum; by OCRI Research Scientist, Bryce Van Doren, MPA, MPH; and Dr. Leo Spector.

The second project being presented at the conference is “Reoperation Rates following Open Door Cervical Laminoplasty” by Dr. John Rodriguez-Feo, Dr. Daniel Leas, Dr. Susan Odum, Dr. Mark Kurd, Dr. Bruce Darden, and Dr. R. Alden Milam.
