OCRI is proud to announce that a recent research project, Opioid-Free Shoulder Arthroplasty, won Best in Session during the annual meeting of the North Carolina Orthopedic Association (NCOA). Contributors to this project are Nady Hamid, MD; Daniel Leas, MD; Bryce Van Doren, MPA, MPH; Shadley Schiffern, MD; Donald D’Alessandro, MD; and Patrick Connor, MD.
In addition, a recent manuscript entitled Is There Value in Retrospective 90-day Bundle Payment Models for Shoulder Arthroplasty Procedures? was chosen for publication in the Journal of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery. Those contributing to this project are OCRI’s Senior Research Scientist, Dr. Susan Odum; Dr. Nady Hamid; Bryce Van Doren, MPA, MPH, PhD(c); and Dr. Leo Spector.
